Los pronombres complemento (me, him, her, us, them) van detrás del verbo y de las preposiciones: Call me (llámame). It's for them (es para ellos). En inglés, el pronombre sujeto es obligatorio: «Es tarde» = It's late; «Trabaja aquí» = He works here. En respuestas cortas: “Who's there?” — “Me.” (¿Quién es? — Yo.)
Pronombres reflexivos: myself, yourself, himself, herself, itself, ourselves, yourselves, themselves.
you y they sirven para la gente en general (≈ «se», «uno»): You can't park here (aquí no se puede aparcar). They say it will rain (dicen que va a llover).
there is / there are = «hay» (algo existe); it remite a algo ya conocido:
There is a café near the station. It is very good. (Hay un café cerca de la estación. Es muy bueno.) — There are two problems (hay dos problemas). — There was an accident (hubo un accidente). — There has been a mistake (ha habido un error). — Is there any milk? (¿Hay leche?)
